JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly creative **Creative Strategist** to join our fast-growing e-commerce team.

If you know how to identify winning ad angles, write compelling hooks, and develop high-converting creative concepts for paid social, we'd love to hear from you.

## Compensation

* **$16 USD/hour**
* Performance bonuses based on creative performance

## What You'll Do

* Research competitors and winning ad concepts across Meta and TikTok.
* Develop creative briefs for video editors and designers.
* Create compelling hooks, angles, and ad concepts.
* Analyze ad performance and iterate based on data.
* Identify customer pain points, desires, and objections.
* Stay ahead of market trends and emerging creative strategies.
* Collaborate closely with media buyers, copywriters, and editors.

## Requirements

* Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC/e-commerce brands.
* Strong understanding of Meta advertising.
* Excellent marketing psychology and consumer research skills.
* Ability to identify patterns from winning creatives.
* Strong English communication skills.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple products simultaneously.
* Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

## Nice to Have

* Experience with TikTok Shop.
* Experience in health, beauty, or consumer products.
* Familiarity with Motion, Foreplay, AdSpy, or similar research tools.
* Basic understanding of direct response copywriting.
