JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing herbal supplement brand looking for a reliable full-time Phone Virtual Assistant to be the friendly voice of our brand. You'll handle calls, respond fast, and take on a range of VA tasks as we grow — this is a role with room to expand.
What you'll do:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and warmly
Respond quickly to messages, requests, and follow-ups throughout the day
General VA tasks: email, scheduling, data entry, order and customer follow-up
Keep customer records organized and up to date
Take on additional responsibilities over time as the role grows

What we're looking for:

Excellent spoken and written English, B2 level or higher — this is our #1 requirement
Fast, responsive, and dependable throughout the workday
Strong computer skills and quick to navigate tools and software
A warm, confident phone voice
Previous VA or customer service experience is a plus
