Who We Are
We're building something special, and we need someone who loves the art of keeping things running smoothly. Not in a boring spreadsheet way (okay, maybe a little), but in a "let's help everyone crush their goals" kind of way.
The Role in Plain English
You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Think of yourself as equal parts accountability partner, cheerleader, and problem-solver. Your mission? Keep department heads on track with their numbers, help them course-correct when needed, and ensure the whole team stays connected and productive.
This isn't about being the "bad cop." It's about being the person everyone can count on to help them succeed.
What You'll Actually Do
Host weekly accountability calls with department heads to review progress and celebrate wins
Track key metrics and help tea
Create action plans when someone's struggling to hit their targets (and coach them through it)
Follow up on missed meetings and make sure recordings get to the right people
Handle the admin work that keeps our operations humming
Spot patterns before they become problems and suggest solutions
Be the go-to person when someone needs help getting unstuck
You'll Love This Job If
You get satisfaction from helping people reach their goals
Following up doesn't feel like nagging to you—it feels like caring
You're organized without being rigid
You can have tough conversations while staying human and supportive
You think spreadsheets and to-do lists are kind of beautiful
You're naturally curious about why things work (or don't work)
You Probably Won't Love This Job If
You prefer working on solo projects with minimal people interaction
You get frustrated easily when others need reminders
You find admin work soul-crushing rather than satisfying
You're looking for a creative or strategy-focused role
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
Track record of keeping teams accountable and improving performance
Excellent communication skills—you can be direct without being harsh
Comfort with numbers, metrics, and dashboards
Self-starter mentality (you're remote, so you'll need to drive your own day)
Coaching mindset: you genuinely want to see people succeed

Non-Negotiables
Fluent English: You'll be communicating with the team daily, so strong written and spoken English is essential
Camera-ready: Most of our calls are video-based—you need to be comfortable being on camera regularly
Reliable remote setup: Dedicated workspace with stable internet connection (no cutting out mid-call!)
Why Work With Us
Fully remote, ork from your home office, a cafe, or a beach (we don't judge)
Flexible schedule that respects your life outside work
Small team where your impact is visible and valued
Culture that values accountability AND empathy
Opportunity to shape how we operate as we grow
