JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We run a Swiss online store for appliance spare parts (eBay, ---------- , own webshop) with 27,000+ products. Looking for a reliable all-round E-Commerce VA to support daily store operations long-term.
Your Tasks:

Online store management: product uploads, catalog maintenance
Data entry & product research (part numbers, supplier catalogs)
Monitor supplier stock and prices
Excel/Google Sheets: product data, price lists, margin tracking
Support with eBay listings and multichannel tool BaseLinker (we train you)

Requirements:

Experience as E-Commerce VA, online store assistant, or data entry specialist
Very accurate and detail-oriented working style
Good written English; German reading skills a big plus
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
Willingness to learn our tools and processes
