JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Paid Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale Meta advertising campaigns

Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance.

Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, scaling, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing high-budget advertising accounts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English is preferred.

Compensation
• Base Salary: USD $2,400/month + 10% Monthly Ad Spend
