JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a Swiss e-commerce company selling household appliance spare parts (washing machines, dishwashers, ovens etc.) with 27,000+ active eBay listings and multiple sales channels. We are growing fast and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to join us long-term.
Your Tasks:

Create and optimize eBay listings (titles, descriptions, item specifics, images)
Product data research (part numbers, compatibility lists, supplier catalogs)
Catalog maintenance in BaseLinker (our multichannel tool – we will train you)
Stock and price monitoring of supplier websites
Basic Excel/Google Sheets work (product data, margin tracking)

Requirements:

Experience with eBay listing (Seller Hub, item specifics, SEO titles)
Very good written English; German reading skills a big plus (our market is German-speaking)
Strong attention to detail – spare parts require exact part numbers
Reliable internet + own computer
Experience with BaseLinker, Sellbrite or similar multichannel tools is a plus
