We're hiring a Junior Phone Support / Executive Assistant to join our growing U.S. property management team.
Previous property management experience is not required. We believe the right attitude is more important than industry experience, and we're happy to train someone who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

AVAILABILITY
-Available to work Monday through Friday during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
-Primary phone coverage is from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (U.S. Pacific Time)
-Able to answer calls and respond promptly during scheduled work hours
-Occasionally available to assist outside your regular schedule when reasonably possible
In this role, success is measured by your reliability, responsiveness, communication skills, and sense of responsibility—not by how many hours you spend sitting at your computer. At times, phone coverage may be handled using your mobile phone when appropriate.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Property management knowledge isn't necessary, we'll provide training for the right person. However, we're looking for someone who already understands what it's means to work in a professional environment.
Non-negotiable Requirements:
-Previous work-from-home experience
-At least 2 years of experience (not combined experience) working for a company in customer service, BPO, administration, hospitality, or a similar role
-Excellent written and spoken English
-A confident, professional phone voice and comfort speaking with people throughout the day
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
-Available to work U.S. Pacific Time hours
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
