JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants to build a long-term career with a growing U.S. property management company.

This is a junior position. You do not need previous property management experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

AVAILABILITY EXPECTATIONS

-Available to work Monday-Friday during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
-Primary phone coverage is between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM (U.S. Pacific Time).
-Be available to answer calls and respond promptly during your scheduled working hours.
-Occasionally, there may be situations where a quick response outside your primary schedule is appreciated. We value team members who are dependable and willing to help when reasonably available.

Success in this role is measured by your reliability, responsiveness, professionalism on the phone, and willingness to take ownership of your work, not by being at your computer every minute of the day. In some cases, phone coverage can be managed from your mobile phone when appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS

We don't expect you to know property management. We'll train the right person. However, we are looking for someone who already has experience working in a professional environment.

-Work-from-home experience
-At least 2 years of experience (NOT combined experience) in a company handling customer service, BPO, administrative, hospitality, or similar role
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Clear, confident phone voice, comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
-Reliable internet and quiet workspace
-Comfortable working U.S. Pacific Time hours
-Fast learner with a positive attitude
