You will be learning directly from operators who actively manage real campaigns, not just “theory.”

Role Overview
We are launching an SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Lead Generation Internship program for motivated students or recent grads who want hands-on experience running real campaigns, generating real leads, and understanding how a digital agency actually operates day to day.

This is a structured, training-focused internship where you will:

Work on live SEO, SMM, and lead-gen tasks for real client accounts.

Learn how to think like a performance marketer, not just a content poster.

Build a portfolio of work you can show future employers or clients.

What You’ll Learn and Do
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
You’ll support and eventually own parts of SEO campaigns under guidance:

Perform keyword research for local and national campaigns (Google, YouTube, and social search).

Help optimize on-page elements: titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, and schema basics.

Assist in auditing client sites for technical SEO issues and content opportunities.

Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console (or similar platforms).

Help with link-building research and outreach templates.

SMM (Social Media Marketing & Management)
You’ll support social media strategy and execution:

Assist with content planning for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn based on client goals and audiences.

Draft short-form content (captions, hooks, CTAs) tailored to generate engagement and inquiries.

Help schedule and publish posts using scheduling tools, and monitor comments and basic inbox responses with scripts.

Research trends (audio, formats, hooks) and competitors’ content for inspiration and positioning.

Lead Generation & Funnels
You’ll see how media, landing pages, and automation tie together to create predictable leads:

Assist in setting up and optimizing lead capture forms and simple landing pages.

Help draft and test ad copy angles for Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads under supervision.

Tag and track leads from different sources and campaigns, helping build basic reports.

Learn how to evaluate a campaign: cost per lead, lead quality, and follow-up flows.

Who This Is Perfect For
This internship is ideal for someone who:

Wants to break into digital marketing, SEO, social media, or performance marketing but lacks “real experience.”

Enjoys research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Is curious about how agencies operate and wants to see behind the scenes.

You do not need to be an expert already, but you must be hungry to learn, coachable, and willing to take feedback and iterate quickly.

Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to marketing, business, communications, computer science, or a similar field (or equivalent self-taught experience).

Basic understanding or exposure to digital marketing concepts: SEO, social media, or online ads.

Strong written communication skills and comfort writing short-form copy.

Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and learning new tools quickly.

Reliable internet connection and ability to commit to regular weekly hours.

Nice-to-have (not required):

Experience with WordPress or basic HTML/CSS.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or social schedulers.

Any prior project work (school projects, personal sites, social pages, small campaigns) you can show.

Internship Structure & Logistics
Type: Internship (SEO, SMM, Lead Generation – Training-focused).

Location: Dallas, TX – remote with potential for hybrid or in-person sessions depending on candidate.

Schedule: Part-time, roughly X–Y hours per week (flexible around school or other work).

Duration: X–Y weeks/months with potential extension or future paid opportunity based on performance.
