JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing U.S.-based digital marketing and AI agency looking for an experienced tea ---------- mber who wants to grow with us long-term.

We're not looking for a typical virtual assistant. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with clients, and taking ownership of projects.

This position starts at approximately **5-10 hours per week**, with the opportunity for significantly more hours as we continue adding new monthly clients.

## What You'll Be Doing

### GoHighLevel Support

* Troubleshoot client issues
* Build and update funnels, forms, workflows, automations, calendars, and pipelines
* Configure AI features within GoHighLevel
* Test websites and client accounts before launch
* Resolve support tickets quickly and accurately

### Social Media Management

* Schedule and publish content
* Create engaging carousel posts using Canva
* Perform light editing for Reels and Shorts (CapCut or similar)
* Write engaging captions
* Build community by responding to comments, engaging with followers, tagging relevant accounts, and encouraging conversations
* Help clients grow an active audience, not just post content

### Client Onboarding

* Set up new client accounts
* Help organize content and marketing assets
* Identify content pillars and target audiences
* Follow onboarding checklists and improve our internal processes

### Paid Advertising (Bonus)

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

* Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
* Google Ads
* YouTube Ads

## Required Experience

* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Ability to solve problems independently
* Reliable internet connection
