The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment & Sourcing Consultant to source and identify strong candidates on behalf of our clients, businesses based in Australia, Europe, the USA, and across Asia. You'll be working across different markets and industries, so no two days will look the same.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the hunt: finding the right person for the right role, building genuine talent pipelines, and understanding what makes a candidate a strong fit, not just a resume that ticks boxes.


What You'll Be Doing

= Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for open roles across our client base in Australia, Europe, the USA, and Asia
= Building and maintaining talent pipelines across a range of industries and role types
= Screening candidates for fit, experience, and communication skills before shortlisting
= Coordinating with clients to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
= Using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to find both active and passive candidates
= Keeping candidate records and pipeline status organised and up to date



What We're Looking For

= Proven experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing, ideally across international markets
= Strong understanding of how to source for roles in Australia, Europe, the USA, or Asia specifically
= Confident using LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing tools to find quality candidates
= Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
= Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple client pipelines at once
= Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote role
= Experience working with international clients or in a BPO/outsourced recruitment setting is a strong advantage
