The Role
We're hiring an experienced B2B sales professional to help drive new business for HiveRef. You'll be working across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to closing, with real ownership over your pipeline and real upside tied to your performance.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who has already proven they can sell, and who is ready to bring that experience to a company where their results are seen, valued, and rewarded.
What You'll Be Doing
Selling B2B services or SaaS products to businesses across international markets
Running the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery calls, objection handling, and closing
Selling over the phone with confidence and skill
Using soft-selling and consultative techniques to build genuine trust with prospects
Converting warm and cold leads into paying customers via
Managing your own pipeline and hitting monthly and quarterly targets
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within Services or SaaS industries
Demonstrated success selling over the phone, not just via chat or
Strong track record of closing deals, not just generating leads
Skilled in soft selling and consultative sales approaches
Experience with
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote role
Prior experience selling to international markets (Australia, New Zealand, or similar) is a strong advantage
