JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing & Multimedia Coordinator — A+ English Writing and Speaking Skills Required

U.S.-based law firm seeks a highly organized and creative Marketing & Multimedia Coordinator with strong graphic design and video editing skills to produce polished multimedia content that grows the firm's online presence through social media and email marketing. This role works closely with, and provides multimedia design and video support to, the firm's Senior Marketing Coordinators, who set strategy and the content calendar.

The law firm is virtual and works with corporate clients and realtors in the commercial and residential real estate industries. This position requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a creative mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES — The Marketing Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
• Design engaging, professional graphics for social media posts, flyers, infographics, and presentation templates — always consistent with the firm's brand guidelines and the content calendar
• Design and lay out the firm's email newsletter and other marketing emails, consistent with brand guidelines
• Create captions and short-form videos, edit footage for stories and reels, and build simple motion graphics and animated elements (intros/outros, animated text, GIFs) to make content more dynamic
• Publish content daily across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Moderate ---------- and Facebook Live sessions, including scheduling, monitoring comments, and audience engagement
• Repurpose recorded webinars into short, shareable video clips for social media
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages, as appropriate
• Flag content ideas, trends, and follower feedback to the Senior Marketing Coordinators
• Help maintain the content calendar and assist with monthly performance reporting
• Maintain the firm's brand asset library (logos, templates, fonts, color palettes) so content stays consistent across both Senior Marketing Coordinators and all channels
• Ensure all content reflects a professional, brand-consistent, and law-appropriate tone
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Coordinators to support marketing goals and improve audience growth and engagement

REQUIREMENTS — The following skills and characteristics are required:
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts
• Strong graphic design skills — able to produce polished, on-brand graphics for social media, flyers, infographics, and slide templates (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar)
• Strong video editing skills, including basic motion graphics/animation (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Rush/After Effects, or similar)
• Experience designing email newsletters/campaigns (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar)
• Prior experience creating content for law firms or demonstrated knowledge of legal terminology preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand and compliance guidelines, including organizing and maintaining a brand asset library
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and balance competing demands and priorities with minimal supervision
• Tech savvy and eager to implement AI to improve processes
• Portfolio required (graphics, videos, email newsletters, and social media samples)

BENEFITS — The firm will pay a 13th month bonus (equal to the average of one month's pay).

HOURS PER WEEK — The Marketing Coordinator will be expected to work 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with at least some hours overlapping 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
