Compensation — paid every week via Wise
Base salary: $1,200 USD/month — guaranteed

Per qualified appointment (showed up): $50 USD — every one, on top of the base

Working hours

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time (ET)

That is 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Philippine Time (PHT).
This is a night shift role. We are fully transparent about that. There is a strong and experienced community of Filipino professionals who work US hours — if that's you, and you're comfortable with it, the compensation reflects the commitment.

Onboarding

Your first 10 days are structured onboarding. We walk you through everything — the script, the CRM, and the process — until you feel fully confident.
To join the core team, the target during onboarding is a minimum of 3 qualified appointments. This is a realistic and achievable bar, and we'll be coaching you throughout to help you get there.

What you'll actually do

Make 150–200 outbound cold calls per day to businesses that may need commercial janitorial services.
Identify genuine needs and book qualified appointments for businesses ready to receive a cleaning quote.
Deliver a proven script naturally and conversationally — not mechanically.
Keep your pipeline and call logs updated accurately in our CRM each day.
Receive ongoing coaching and access to the strategies that have proven to work.


Who we're looking for

2+ years in B2B sales or outbound cold calling.
A natural, professional phone presence — you sound like a consultant, not a caller.
Ability to internalize a script and deliver it as a real conversation.
Stable setup: 80+ Mbps internet, a reliable computer, and a quality headset.
Comfortable navigating a CRM independently — logging calls, updating records, and managing your pipeline.
