Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Full-Time Sales Manager to lead and develop our remote sales team. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily sales operations, coach Sales Representatives, monitor performance, improve sales strategies, and ensure the team consistently achieves company objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, proven sales management experience, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve outstanding results. You will play a key role in driving business growth while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Monitor team KPIs and sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new Sales Representatives.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and one-on-one meetings.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation, referral conversion, and overall sales performance.
Review CRM records in GoHighLevel (GHL) to ensure accurate data management and pipeline tracking.
Identify workflow improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with senior management to develop sales campaigns, incentives, and operational improvements.
Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities.

Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
