Hi! I'm Kaitlyn, a professional rock climber and online climbing coach based in the USA. My coaching business is growing fast and I need a reliable, detail-oriented VA to take the day-to-day admin off my plate so I can focus on coaching and content.
MUST HAVE: GoHighLevel (GHL) experience. This is non-negotiable. You'll be working inside GHL daily. Please do not apply if you have never used it.
What you'll be doing:

- Client communication and scheduling: Send same-day booking reminders, reschedule calls as needed, send reminders for clients to book their strategy calls, and keep my GHL calendar updated and synced with Google Calendar.
- GHL automations: Build and maintain automations for booking reminders, follow-ups, and other workflows.
- Client onboarding and admin: Send onboarding documents to new clients, send out client forms, keep the client tracker up to date, send payment invoices when due, and collect client testimonials.
- Lead follow-up: Send our free guide or questionnaire to prospects after discovery calls.
- Organization and reporting: Keep my Google Drive organized and help compile weekly stats and numbers.
- Social media support: Schedule Instagram posts and reply to comments.
You're a great fit if you:
- Have solid GoHighLevel experience (automations, calendars, pipelines)
- Are comfortable with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
- Have excellent written English for drafting client
- Are proactive, organized, and don't need hand-holding on routine tasks
- Have experience supporting an online coach, agency, or service business
