IMPORTANT: US REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

About the Role
As our Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with inbound and outbound leads, nurturing prospects, qualifying buyers and sellers, and setting high-quality appointments for our real estate agents. Your success will directly impact the team's growth and client experience.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to buyer and seller leads
Follow up consistently with new and existing leads
Qualify prospects using proven scripts and objection-handling techniques
Schedule appointments for licensed real estate agents
Maintain accurate notes and update all activities in the CRM
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, text, and
Build rapport and develop relationships with prospective clients
Follow company follow-up systems and accountability standards
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Collaborate with agents and the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience
Required Qualifications
? MUST have previous US Real Estate ISA experience
Applicants without US Real Estate ISA experience will not be considered.
Additionally, you should have:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a US Real Estate Inside Sales Agent
Excellent spoken and written English
Neutral or clear English accent
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Highly organized with excellent time management
Self-motivated and results-driven
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet, professional home office
Ability to work US business hours
