**What You'll Be Doing**
Converting inbound leads from our campaigns into conversations with the founders and yourself
Calling warmed leads (15 calls per hour)
Nurturing and growing new business opportunities within the SMB segment (companies with <600 employees) in APAC
Understanding prospective customers' pain points and educating them on Leda's value
Guiding prospects through the sales process with the founder
Managing some opportunities to close, readying yourself to move into an Inside Sales role
Skills You'll Need
Minimum 12 months experience in an SDR or Inside Sales role
Highly empathetic and likeable on the phone, with great communication skills to explain, influence and persuade
Clear English with confident, friendly delivery
Preferably experience in tech, training, online learning, or selling to HR / People and Culture teams
Familiarity with Australian business culture is a plus
