JOB OVERVIEW

FULL-TIME ECOMMERCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is for a real designer with strong technical ability, strong direct-response design taste, and experience creating high-performing ecommerce creatives.

We are not looking for basic Canva designers.
We are not looking for someone who only uses AI image generators.
We are looking for someone with real design experience, ideally strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, who can take creative briefs and turn them into high-quality static ad creatives that are clean, persuasive, and conversion-focused.

This is a full-time role with long-term growth potential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will design ecommerce ad creatives for paid social platforms.
- Around 2 creative briefs per week
- Each brief includes approximately 25 static image creatives
- You will work from provided concepts, hooks, angles, copy, examples, and brand direction

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design high-quality static ad creatives for ecommerce brands
- Build designs in Figma, Photoshop, or another professional design tool
- Turn creative briefs into strong visual concepts
- Create direct-response designs made to drive clicks and purchases
- Design variations for different hooks, angles, formats, and audiences
- Follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the table
- Improve designs based on feedback and performance data
- Organize files clearly for easy review, editing, and export
- Work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Understand what makes an ad creative perform, not just look nice

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop (highly preferred)
- Several years of professional graphic design experience
- Experience designing for ecommerce brands
- Experience working with multiple large brands (strongly preferred)
- Ideally have designed for 7-figure+ ecommerce brands
- Strong understanding of direct-response creative
- Strong layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and composition skills
- Ability to make designs look premium, clean, and trustworthy
- Ability to create many variations from one creative brief
- Good English communication
- Organized, reliable, and able to consistently hit deadlines
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
- Must be able to work full time

IMPORTANT NOTE

We are looking for a true graphic designer. This is not a role for someone who only knows Canva templates or generates images using AI. AI tools can be helpful, but we need someone who understands real design fundamentals, can work inside Figma and Adobe Photoshop, and can build polished ecommerce ad creatives from scratch.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $650 USD/month
Performance Bonus: $100 USD per winning creative that hits our KPI
Estimated Total: $1,000–$1,500+ USD/month depending on performance

We want someone motivated by performance and excited to create designs that actually drive results.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You understand the difference between a pretty design and a profitable ad creative. You know how to create strong visual hooks, clear messaging, strong product presentation, and designs that make people stop scrolling. You are technically strong in Figma and Photoshop, can handle high volume while maintaining quality, and are proactive — able to identify weak creative, suggest stronger layouts, and continuously help create better-performing ads.
