JOB OVERVIEW

We're building an AI tutoring & test prep platform and are looking for a high-agency Marketing Projects Coordinator to help us grow.

What you'll do:
-Own communication with potential GTM co-founders and partners. Manage marketing projects from start to finish/
-Provide feedback and direction (you're managing execution, not doing every task yourself)
-Keep multiple conversations and initiatives organized
-Drive marketing efforts toward measurable results

What we're looking for:
-Excellent written and verbal English. Strong communication and project management skills
-Ideally have a solid understanding of marketing and what drives growth
-High agency-you take ownership and make things happen. Organized, punctual, startup mindset, and reliable
-Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Potential for base + commission pay. We'll start with a short trial assignment to assess fit.
