Peak Media 360 is a fast-growing marketing agency that helps service-based businesses generate more qualified leads through Meta Ads and social media.

We're looking for a highly motivated Instagram DM Appointment Setter to join our team.

Your job is simple:
You'll respond to Instagram DMs, start conversations with business owners, qualify leads, build rapport, overcome basic objections, and book qualified sales appointments.


This is NOT customer support.

This is a sales position.

Here's what you'll be doing:
* Respond to inbound Instagram DMs quickly
* Start conversations with new prospects
* Build rapport with business owners
* Qualify leads using our scripts
* Ask strategic questions
* Handle common objections
* Collect the prospect's phone number
* Book qualified appointments
* Follow up with prospects who haven't booked
* Keep conversations organized inside our CRM

What we need from you:
* Excellent written English
* Previous appointment setting or sales experience preferred
* Comfortable talking with business owners
* Fast typing speed
* Reliable computer and internet
* Available during U.S. business hours
* Strong attention to detail
