Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Strategist (Digital Experience) to lead the optimization of our online customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for crafting strategies that elevate the brand, increase organic traffic, and optimize digital experiences to drive lead generation and sales. By combining customer behavior insights with digital marketing best practices, you will ensure a seamless and personalized journey across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Experience & UX Strategy: Map and optimize the digital customer journey, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience across our website, landing pages, and mobile apps.
- Campaign Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, paid media (PPC),
- Analytics & Optimization: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Hotjar) to monitor site traffic, track conversion rates, and conduct A/B testing on digital assets to improve user flow and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product, Web Development, Design, and Content teams to implement UX improvements and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Content & Personalization Strategy: Develop a robust content calendar and personalization strategy to ensure the right messaging reaches target audience segments at the right time.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve regarding digital marketing trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI in marketing, algorithm updates).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or UX marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs).
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent project management abilities, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication skills to present strategies to stakeholders.
