JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Job Advertisement Specialist to develop compelling recruitment content that attracts qualified candidates. This role is responsible for creating eye catching job postings, social media hiring campaigns, graphics, and other recruitment marketing materials that strengthen our employer brand and help fill open positions quickly.

The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, understands digital marketing, and knows how to create content that stands out across multiple hiring platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Write engaging, accurate, and persuasive job advertisements for a variety of positions.
Create recruitment graphics, flyers, and social media hiring posts.
Develop creative hiring campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
Optimize job postings with relevant keywords to improve visibility and candidate reach.

Qualifications
Experience writing job advertisements or recruitment marketing content.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
Knowledge of social media marketing and recruitment platforms.
