JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an exceptional Filipino professional to join us in a long-term, high-growth role supporting a successful U.S.-based company and its founder.

This is not a typical virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who wants to become a trusted, central member of the team, take on increasing responsibility, and grow into a leadership-level role across executive support, marketing operations, and media.

The right candidate must have a demonstrated track record of producing results in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ads. We are looking for someone who can point to real campaign outcomes, measurable improvements, and examples of how they have helped businesses generate leads, improve conversions, lower acquisition costs, or grow revenue.

In this role, you will work directly with the founder and help manage:

* Digital marketing strategy and campaign performance
* Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Executive scheduling, priorities, and follow-up
* Podcast coordination and production workflows
* CRM, reporting, marketing systems, and special projects

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, commercially minded, proactive, and eager to grow beyond a traditional support role. As trust and performance increase, so will the scope of the position, level of responsibility, and opportunity for advancement.

This is a full-time, long-term remote role requiring availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Compensation is competitive and negotiable. We are willing to pay well for a proven digital marketer who can deliver results and grow with the company.
