JOB OVERVIEW

Southern Cities Construction is a licensed North Carolina general contractor and a construction platform — we sell packaged construction products (GC inspection & budget reports, deal packages) to real estate agents and investors. We're hiring a remote outbound sales rep to sell those products by phone, working a proven script and a list of 17,000+ vetted NC contacts. You'll close the quick-win products on the call and book appointments for the bigger deals.

What you'll do:

Work a dialer through our list of 17,000+ NC real estate professionals and investors (cold outreach = calls + email; warm leads can be texted)
Pitch our GC Inspection & Budget Report and Deal Pack from a proven script; handle objections
Close the low-ticket products on the call — drive buyers to the checkout link
Book qualified appointments for the higher-ticket products (memberships, full builds) for the closing team
Text and follow up with warm leads to keep deals moving
Log every outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and keep the pipeline clean
Hit daily dial, contact, and conversion targets
What we're looking for:

2+ years outbound cold-calling / phone sales — US B2B or real estate a big plus
Clear, confident, neutral-accent spoken English and strong phone presence
Comfortable with a dialer + CRM; disciplined about logging
Coachable, resilient, target-driven
Quiet home office, headset, reliable high-speed internet
Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time business hours
