JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm the founder of Studio Piksel, a web development studio building custom e-commerce platforms and web applications for US businesses — you can see our work at ---------- /work.
I'm looking for ONE person to become my long-term partner in outbound sales. Your job is NOT to close deals — I close every deal personally as the founder. Your job is to fill my calendar with qualified appointments.
What you'll actually do every day:

Research and build targeted lead lists (US small/mid-size businesses: retailers with complex product catalogs, clinics, B2B manufacturers)
Write personalized first-touch cold emails using our approved templates + your own research on each prospect
Manage follow-up sequences in our cold email platform
Handle replies: answer basic questions, qualify the prospect, and book them into my calendar
Light LinkedIn outreach from a company profile
Send me a short end-of-day report (I reply to every report — you will never be left guessing)

What I need from you:

Excellent written English — your emails must read like a native US professional wrote them
At least 1 year of experience in cold email outreach, appointment setting, or B2B lead generation (agency/web services/SaaS niche is a big plus)
Experience with any of: Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, PlusVibe, or similar
Attention to detail. To prove you read this far, start your application with the word BLUEPRINT in the first line. Applications without it will not be read.
Reliability: stable internet, own computer, and the ability to work the same schedule every week
Work hours must overlap with US Eastern Time mornings (approx. 9 PM – 1 AM Manila time)

Compensation:

$6–9/hour base (depending on experience), 20 hrs/week to start — potential full-time after 90 days
$25 bonus per held appointment (prospect shows up)
$150 bonus per closed deal
Bonuses are real and paid monthly, on time, via Wise

What you get fro ---------- :

A founder who actually responds — daily feedback in your first month, weekly 1-on-1 calls after
Proven materials: a portfolio that converts, existing lead data from previous campaigns, approved email templates
Long-term role: I'm building a US sales operation, not running a 2-week experiment. The right person grows with it.

How to apply:

Start with the word from the job post
2–3 sentences: your most relevant outbound/appointment-setting experience (numbers if you have them: reply rates, meetings booked)
One example of a cold email you've written that got a reply (paste it, remove client names)
Your expected hourly rate and available hours (Manila time)

Short applications that follow these 4 points beat long generic ones. Looking forward to reading yours!
