Full-Time Video Editor

Hustle Productions

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Lunch: 30 minutes
Starting Pay: TBD (based on skill level)
Start Date: Within one week

About the Position

Hustle Productions is hiring two full-time video editors to join our internal team.

This is not a freelance, contract, agency, or team-based opportunity. We are looking for individual editors who can work with us full-time, Monday through Friday, and make Hustle Productions their primary focus.

You will edit content for both our clients and our internal marketing.

What You’ll Edit

Projects may include:

* Short-form social media content
* Long-form YouTube videos
* Podcasts
* Commercials and ads
* Branding videos
* Educational and promotional content
* Internal Hustle Productions content

Because every client has a different brand, you must be able to adapt to multiple editing styles and match provided examples.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should be:

* Clean and professional in their editing
* Reliable and organized
* Comfortable working with a team
* Open to feedback and revisions
* Able to meet deadlines consistently
* Skilled in storytelling, pacing, branding, and attention to detail

Technical Requirements

Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred, but we are open to other professional editing software as long as the quality meets our standards and XML or compatible project files can be shared when needed.

After Effects experience is a major plus.

You should be able to complete projects from start to finish, including:

* Editing
* Color correction and grading
* Audio cleanup and mixing
* Sound design
* Motion graphics when needed
* Captions and final exports

Applicants should have their own reliable computer, high-speed internet, and editing software. We will provide additional tools and resources when needed.

Application Requirements

We will provide 4–5 example videos.

For each example, applicants must submit a link to a project they personally edited that closely matches the style, pacing, quality, and overall execution.

We will compare your work directly to our examples based on:

* Editing quality
* Storytelling
* Color grading
* Audio quality
* Branding
* Overall execution

Please do not apply if you are an agency, represent a team, plan to outsource the work, or cannot commit to the required schedule.

If you are a skilled, adaptable editor looking for a long-term position with a growing creative team, we would like to review your work.
