JOB OVERVIEW

We are a large real estate team based in Washington State looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator & Offer Writer to support our agents, clients, and transaction process.

This role is focused on preparing offers and contracts, managing transactions from mutual acceptance to closing, tracking deadlines, supporting listing paperwork, and keeping records organized across our systems.

We need someone who understands Washington State real estate, NWMLS forms, contract timelines, and the importance of speed and accuracy. This is a fast-paced role where agents may need offers prepared quickly, so responsiveness and attention to detail are critical.

You’ll be helping with:

• Preparing buyer contracts, listing contracts, addenda, and related paperwork
• Writing offers quickly and accurately based on agent instructions
• Managing transactions from mutual acceptance through closing
• Tracking timelines, contingency deadlines, and important transaction milestones
• Coordinating with escrow, title, lenders, inspectors, photographers, vendors, agents, and clients
• Ensuring NWMLS contract compliance and complete document management
• Supporting agents with paperwork, contract questions, and transaction logistics
• Serving as an administrative point of contact for clients during escrow
• Maintaining accurate records in Compass, Google Drive, CRM systems, and transaction platforms
• Supporting listing coordination, MLS input, and listing-related documentation
• Managing updates inside tools such as Compass CRM, Follow Up Boss, Redfin Partner Portal, Zillow-related CRM systems, Transaction Desk, Slack, and Google Workspace

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of real estate transaction coordination, contract management, or offer writing experience
• Strong Washington State real estate experience preferred
• Experience with NWMLS forms and Transaction Desk preferred
• Strong understanding of real estate deadlines, contingencies, and contract-to-close workflows
• Excellent written English, grammar, and professional communication skills
• A friendly, polished, and professional communication style
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with contracts and documents
• Ability to work quickly under deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Experience supporting a large real estate team with multiple agents is a plus
• Familiarity with Compass, Follow Up Boss, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Slack, Redfin Partner Portal, and CRM systems is helpful

This is a full-time remote role. We are only considering candidates who do not have any other active jobs, freelance clients, or agency commitments. All assigned work must be completed by you directly and cannot be outsourced, delegated, or shared with another person.

Pay: $9 to $11/hour depending on experience
