Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Compensation: $12–15 USD per hour, based on experience and demonstrated expertise.

After successfully completing your probationary period, you'll also be eligible for our company-sponsored health insurance program.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our team long-term—not someone looking for freelance or short-term project work.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

This is a senior-level marketing position.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to launch ads. We're looking for someone who can take a project brief, develop the strategy, build the funnel, launch the campaigns, connect the automations, optimize performance, and drive the project across the finish line with minimal oversight.

Our clients primarily operate in the mortgage, real estate, and home services industries, so experience marketing within these verticals is highly preferred.

A significant portion of our work also revolves around webinar marketing. You should understand how to maximize webinar registrations, improve registration-to-attendance rates, build retargeting campaigns, and create follow-up automations that convert registrants into appointments and customers.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and continuously looks for ways to improve campaign performance—not just complete assigned tasks.
