Grid Rider is a made-to-order cycling apparel brand selling on Shopify to an active cycling audience. We're hiring someone to fully own
Responsibilities
• Own the
• Build and continuously improve Klaviyo flows: welcome series, abandoned cart/checkout, post-purchase, win-back, and any others that make sense for a made-to-order brand
• Segment the list meaningfully (purchase history, engagement, customer type, including wholesale/bulk buyers) rather than blasting everyone the same message
• Write or adapt copy that fits our tone: calm, plain, solution-oriented, and appropriate for an older audience (avoid overly “hypey” D2C copy)
• Drive list growth: popups, signup incentives, and other tactics appropriate for a Shopify store
• Track and report core metrics (open rate, click rate, revenue per
• Keep suppression lists and deliverability healthy (bounce/complaint management, sender reputation)
Requirements
• Demonstrated hands-on Klaviyo experience, not just “familiar with,” able to show flows or campaigns you've built
• Able to design the
• Comfortable owning a channel with minimal day-to-day direction (this is not a “tell me exactly what to send” role)
• Strong written English and a good ear for tone as you'll be writing to real customers
• E-commerce/Shopify experience preferred
• Bonus: experience with an older or lifestyle/hobbyist customer base, or apparel/DTC brands specifically
Hours
~20 hours/week, part-time. Starts with a paid 2–4 week paid trial.
