JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! We're looking for a skilled Video Editor to create high-converting Facebook ad videos for our clients.

If you know how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds, keep them watching, and edit with conversions in mind, this role is for you!

For this job, we are looking for:

- Proven experience editing Facebook Ad / performance marketing videos
- Experience using AI-powered editing tools
- Strong understanding of hooks, audience retention, pacing, and conversion-focused editing
- Ability to create motion graphics and attention-grabbing visuals, with edits tailored to each customer's branding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs
- Able to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality edits
- Capable for maximum of 2 revision rounds. We expect works to be near-final on the first submission, not rough drafts that need multiple rounds of fixing.
- Can bring fresh ideas and contribute creatively, not just execute edits


Employment Details:

- Part-time to start (approx. 20 hours/week)
- Can move to full-time based on skill, output quality, and performance
- Long-term role for the right person, we want someone who grows with us
- Remote work. You can work anywhere!
