JOB OVERVIEW

Work From Home

Weekly Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Pacific Time (30 minute lunch break unpaid, two 15 minute paid breaks)

Pay: 300 PHP per hour + $5 bonus for every consultation booked

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with or interest in using a CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital marketing, and email marketing platforms (experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
- Passion for food, customer service, and working with seniors and busy families.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with lead generation and client outreach, including responding to inquiries and scheduling consultations.
- Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Follow up on client inquiries via phone and email.
