Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring undervalued or high-potential properties through lead generation, networking, market research, and direct negotiation with sellers. You must be a strong communicator with a keen eye for value and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential property acquisition opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
• Perform property evaluations, including comparative market analysis (CMA)
• Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners
• Work with internal teams (dispositions, legal, construction) to facilitate closings
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and deal progress in the CRM
• Meet or exceed acquisition targets and KPIs
• Stay current on market trends, zoning, and valuation metrics

Qualifications:
• 1+ years experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or investment is highly preferred
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to analyze property values and make investment recommendations
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and real estate databases
• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity
