We're a fast-growing international social media marketing agency (US-registered). We manage content operations and social accounts for online creators.
We're hiring an Operations VA to become a core part of our team. The work includes managing trackers and reports in Google Sheets, online research, keeping our SOPs updated, coordinating follow-ups across the team, inbox and schedule support, and whatever fires need putting out that week. The tasks are trainable. What we can't train is how you think, that's what we're hiring for.
**Why this role is different from your last VA job:**
- **We don't care about your degree.** College grad, undergrad, no degree — irrelevant. We will never ask.
- **We don't care about your years of experience.** We'd rather hire a sharp first-timer than a 5-year VA with bad habits.
- **We pay above market** because we expect above-market thinking. One great VA is worth more to us than three average ones and is paid like it.
- **You'll be trusted with real responsibility.** We don't micromanage. We give you the goal, you figure out the path, you flag problems early.
**You're the right person if:**
- When instructions are unclear, you make a smart assumption, state it, and keep moving — you don't freeze or go silent
- When a tool is unfamiliar, you Google it and figure it out before asking
- When something breaks, you flag it immediately instead of hiding it
- You deliver before deadlines without being reminded
- Your written English is clear enough that a US client could read it without confusion
**Do NOT apply if:**
- You need step-by-step instructions for every task
- You're currently juggling 2–3 other clients (this is full-time and exclusive)
- You go offline when things get hard
- You're the type to say "I don't know how" as a final answer
**Pay & perks:**
- $400 to $650 per month. Depending on performance in our process
- Paid training, paid hiring test tasks, performance raises reviewed every 6 months
- Long-term role — we're building a team, not renting freelancers
