Hello!
I am an entrepreneur building multiple businesses, including a property management company, and I am looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to become my right-hand person.
I need someone who enjoys bringing order to busy schedules, creating systems, organizing projects, and helping both my business and personal life run smoothly.
This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
What You’ll Do
Business Operations
• Build and maintain Notion workspaces
• Organize Google Drive and business documents
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Build project boards and workflows
• Conduct online research
• Organize spreadsheets and business files
• Research vendors, software, and service providers
• Track deadlines and follow up on projects
• Assist with business startup and operational tasks
• Help keep multiple businesses organized and moving forward
Executive & Personal Assistant Responsibilities
This role will also include personal assistant and life management tasks to help me stay organized and focused.
Examples include:
• Managing my calendar
• Organizing my weekly schedule
• Managing reminders and to-do lists
• Booking appointments and reservations
• Researching travel, restaurants, and local services
• Managing online purchases and returns
• Helping organize my inbox when needed
• Researching products and services
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers
• Assisting with personal administrative tasks that can be completed remotely
• Helping me prioritize projects and stay accountable
No errands requiring travel or in-person work will be expected. Everything can be completed remotely.
Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Experience with Notion (preferred)
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft Office
• Comfortable learning new software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Able to work independently and take initiative
The Ideal Person
I’m looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems.
I don’t want someone who simply waits for instructions. I want someone who enjoys creating organization, anticipating needs, making suggestions, and helping me move projects forward.

Compensation
• up to $550–650 USD per month
• Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred
