JOB OVERVIEW

Property Branding Specialist for Short-Term Rentals

We are a nationwide short-term rental design firm looking for a talented branding specialist to help create memorable brands for vacation rental properties.

Our team handles the STR strategy, guest avatar, market research, design direction, and property naming. We are looking for a creative designer who can take our approved property name and design direction and turn it into a cohesive brand experience.

Responsibilities:
Develop a complete visual brand based on the provided property name and design direction.
Create logo concepts and alternate logo variations.
Select brand colors and typography.
Design a cohesive brand board and style guide.

Create guest-facing brand assets such as:
Welcome signs
WiFi signs
House manuals
Social media profile graphics
Merchandise concepts when applicable

Deliverables:
Primary logo
Secondary logo
Brand board
Color palette
Font selections
Brand guidelines
Editable source files (AI, Canva, PSD, etc.)
PNG, JPG, and SVG files

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with hospitality, Airbnb, boutique hotel, or real estate branding.
Strong logo design and typography skills.
Ability to create brands that align with a specific design style and target guests.
Excellent communication and ability to incorporate feedback.
Ability to work within established project timelines.

PAY - $500 per project.

Project Details:
Ongoing freelance work.
Multiple projects available each month.
Typical turnaround time: 5 business days.
Fixed-price projects preferred.
