SEO & AI Search Specialist (Remote | Full-Time)

MedSpaMax and Patient Pros help med spas, wellness clinics, and dental implant practices generate more patients through paid advertising, AI-powered search, and a high-performing call center.

We're looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Specialist to own the SEO and AI search performance of our growing client portfolio.

This isn't a traditional SEO role.

You'll be responsible for both Local SEO and AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO)—helping our clients rank not only on Google, but also become the businesses recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews.

What You'll Do

Local SEO

* Manage Google Business Profiles across multiple clients
* Improve local rankings through on-page SEO, internal linking, citations, and content optimization
* Optimize service pages, location pages, FAQs, and blog content
* Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes
* Maintain NAP consistency and review strategies

AI Search Optimization

* Increase client visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
* Implement schema markup, structured data, entity optimization, and citation strategies
* Monitor AI search visibility and document performance
* Stay current with AI search trends and algorithm changes
* Create SOPs and document AI search processes for the agency

Tracking & Reporting

* Ensure every client has verified GA4, Google Search Console, and call tracking
* Monitor rankings, traffic, calls, and AI visibility
* Prepare clear monthly reports for client success managers
* Track all work in ClickUp and participate in weekly strategy meetings

What We're Looking For

* Minimum *3 years of hands-on SEO experience*
* Proven success with Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
* Real experience improving visibility in AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews)
* Strong understanding of:

* GA4
* Google Search Console
* Google Tag Manager
* Technical SEO
* Schema markup
* Structured data
* Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
* WordPress experience
* Strong written English and content optimization skills
* Self-managed, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using ClickUp, Slack, and Clockify
* Healthcare, med spa, dental, or local business marketing experience is a plus
* Able to overlap at least **4 hours** with the US Mountain Time timezone
