JOB OVERVIEW

We support a Nashville window cleaning company (~20 employees, in business since 2013) that needs a reliable, full-time Office Administrator to keep daily operations running. You'd work directly with the business's team and customers — alongside another Filipino professional we placed with this company, who has become central to their operations and will help you get up to speed. You won't be figuring things out alone.

**What you'll do:**
- Answer the company's incoming calls — customers scheduling service, asking questions, checking on jobs (we train you on the details)
- Make outbound customer calls — confirmations, follow-ups
- Build and adjust crew schedules; dispatch/routing support
- Send invoices and track payments
- Track attendance and daily check-ins
- Keep records and files organized
- Other admin tasks as the business needs — small company, everyone pitches in

This is a small business, not a call center — you won't be taking 80 calls a day. Between calls, the admin work above fills the day; what matters is answering when the phone rings.

Most of this is trained. What we can't train: reliability, organization, and excellent spoken English.

**Requirements:**
- Excellent SPOKEN English (C2 level, OnlineJobs.ph English test taken before applying) — you'll be on the phone with American customers daily; the interview is conducted entirely in English by phone
- College degree (verified during the background check)
- **Full-time US Central Time DAY shift: 9 AM–5 PM CT** (= 10 PM–6 AM Philippine time) — confirm you can sustain a night schedule
- Own laptop + stable internet + quiet workspace (phone work)
- Background check required
- Highly organized
- **Reliable attendance:** you're the company's phone line during business hours — at your desk and reachable through the shift

**Strongly preferred:**
- Phone customer-service experience (receptionist, CSR, or voice BPO)
- Office administration or scheduling experience

**Preferred:**
- Small-business experience
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new software

**What we offer:**
- **$6.00/hr (~$1,040/month)**, full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM US Central
- Paid holidays on the US schedule (the business closes)
- 5 paid sick days + 1 personal day per year (after 60 days)
- Stable long-term role with an established business (in business since 2013)
