JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a proactive Social Media, Marketing & Growth Manager who will own our marketing engine and directly drive lead generation and business expansion.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves building systems, testing ideas, and delivering measurable results — not a basic “post and schedule” position.
What You’ll Own
Social Media (Core Focus)

Manage and aggressively grow our Instagram,Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels
Create, edit, and optimize short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, speaking) into high-performing clips
Use AI daily for ideas, captions, hooks, scripts, and thumbnails
Analyze competitors, track analytics, and continually improve performance

Marketing & Growth

Build and run our client referral program
Conduct outreach to book secure speaking engagements, and promote webinars/live events
Manage follow-up campaigns and lead nurturing in GoHighLevel
Generate new marketing ideas weekly and execute them

You’ll work with tools like, Davinci Resolve, CapCut/Canva/Descript, ChatGPT/Claude, and the major social platforms.
Minimum Qualifications (Must Have All)

1+ years actively managing and growing social media accounts (with proof)
Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content
Proven comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content and workflows
Excellent written & spoken English
Strong organization, phone/email outreach skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects
Comfort with being measured by KPIs and results

Compensation & Opportunity
Competitive hourly rate based on experience (typically $165 per week for strong performers, with room to grow into higher rates or performance bonuses). Significant long-term growth potential as we move forward
Hours: Flexible but consistent availability during US business hours is required (we can discuss specifics).
