About the Role:
We run a portfolio of B2B companies serving real estate professionals and SMBs — staffing, services, SaaS, and AI products. They share a buyer and a go-to-market motion, which means one well-built lead engine can serve all of them. That's the job.
You'll own demand generation across the portfolio: architect one repeatable, multi-brand lead machine — cold outbound, paid, and lifecycle running as a single system — and own the number it produces. This is a builder's role, not a campaign-runner's. You report to the CEO and operate autonomously: you set the plan, run it, and report weekly. We're not looking to manage you day-to-day.

What You Own:
A monthly qualified-lead and pipeline target across all brands. You're accountable to the number.
One shared lead engine — built once in GoHighLevel, templated across brands — not four disconnected efforts.
Full-funnel demand gen: cold
Brand-specific offers and messaging running on shared infrastructure. Same plumbing, distinct positioning per brand.
Lead-to-customer conversion: nurture, lifecycle automation, and clean handoff to sales.
A flexible contractor bench (PPC, copy, list-building) that you direct and scale as volume demands.
The numbers — CPL, stage conversion, CAC, pipeline contribution — reported weekly in a format the CEO reads in five minutes.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing — with agency or multi-brand experience. You've run 3+ accounts or brands simultaneously and it's second nature.
Full-funnel, not a single-channel specialist. You've built outbound engines and run paid and owned lifecycle. If your track record is only ad accounts and CPC optimization, this isn't your role.
A quantified track record: leads generated, CPL improved, pipeline driven. Bring numbers.
Proven cold-outbound experience at volume — deliverability, list hygiene, sequencing. This is a core channel here, not an afterthought.
A systems-builder by instinct. You build one machine and template it; you don't reinvent per brand.
Thinks in unit economics. If you can't tie a campaign to CAC and payback, pass.
Self-directed. You own the plan and the result without being managed into action.

One repeatable channel proven and ready to fund harder — and a contractor bench in place to scale it.
Compensation:
Base commensurate with a senior growth operator, plus performance upside tied directly to qualified-lead and pipeline targets. We pay for results and structure it so your incentives match ours.
Schedule:
Full-time, permanent. US Eastern (EST) hours required.
