If you're confident talking to motivated sellers, know how to analyze deals, and have experience working with real estate investors, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
Work inbound leads generated through our marketing campaigns
Build rapport with motivated sellers and uncover their motivation
Qualify leads and determine the best acquisition strategy
Run property comps and analyze potential deals
Present and negotiate offers with sellers
Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed contracts
Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates
Collaborate with the team to achieve company sales goals
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Acquisition Manager for a U.S. real estate investment company
Experience working with real estate investors
Strong understanding of wholesaling and novation transactions
Ability to run property comps and determine competitive offers
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable handling objections and building rapport over the phone
Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait for instructions
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and KPIs
Coachable and open to constructive criticism and continuous improvement
Strong English speaking and writing skills
