JOB OVERVIEW

This is a premium role for one exceptional caller. We hire slowly and deliberately: the role begins at 20 hours per week, and the caller who proves it moves to full-time. We pay at the top of the market and keep good people for years.

Crex Insurance is a US agency specializing in insuring churches. You will be calling pastors and church administrators across the Midwest US. These are warm, respectful conversations with people who serve their communities, not telemarketing, not hang-up-and-dial-again volume work. Your job is to open a genuine conversation, learn about the church's insurance situation, and set appointments for our team. You'll work from a proven approach, log every call in GoHighLevel, and work directly with the owner and our partnerships manager, a small team where your work is seen.
