JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage inspections and communications between tenants, vendors and rental owners for our rental properties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-service oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to tenant inquiries via text, email, and phone calls.
• Assist tenants with any issues or questions related to their requests.
• Coordinate appointments between tenants and vendors.
• Communicate with teams and property managers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Document and file information for property damage or tenant-related issues.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle tenant and rental owner concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
