Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator & Engagement Executive to join our remote team. This role combines content production with active audience engagement, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, blogs, and email campaigns).
Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand and client strategies.
Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions.
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral or high-performing content.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
Track content performance and optimize based on analytics and insights.

Qualifications
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to tone and audience.
Familiarity with content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, scheduling tools, analytics platforms).
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have
Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
