JOB OVERVIEW

I'm Aia, one of the co-founders of LTMG. We're a small startup that's changing how local businesses get websites. Instead of trying to sell them an idea, we actually build their website first, then reach out and show it to them. It's a much easier conversation than traditional cold calling.

I'm looking for a few people who genuinely enjoy talking to business owners and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.

What we're looking for:

* Cold calling experience (B2B is a huge plus)
*100% Remote
* Part-time (perfect if you already have another job)
* Third shift
* Hourly pay **PLUS** a **very strong commission** ($50 for every sale)
* Hustler mentality with a sales mindset
* Fluent English (spoken)
* A quiet workspace where you can make calls professionally
* Comfortable using a computer and learning new software

You'll be using:

* Outlook (OWA)
* Microsoft Teams
* SharePoint
* RingCentral

This isn't a high-pressure corporate sales job. We're a startup, so you'll work closely with me and the team, and your ideas actually matter. If you're competitive, motivated by commissions, and enjoy talking to people, you'll probably do really well here.
