JOB OVERVIEW

We're launching a digital product line. I have a fully written 10-page PDF guide that needs to be designed into a premium, editorial-style ebook. The copy is final, I need design only.

This is the first of five documents: if this goes well, there are four longer paid ebooks (30–60 pages each) to design over the coming months using the same design system. I'm looking for one designer to own the whole product line, so this is a relationship, not a one-off.

The style:
I'll share a reference PDF privately with shortlisted applicants. The look I'm after, in words:
- Editorial / magazine feel — large serif display headlines over full-bleed lifestyle photography, clean sans-serif body text
- Warm, premium, minimal — think high-end print magazine, not corporate whitepaper and not a busy Canva template
- Strong use of structural elements: habit-tracker tables, numbered rule cards on textured backgrounds, checklists with tick boxes, a pyramid diagram
- Consistent page furniture: page numbers, section headers, pull-quote emphasis in bold

Deliverables:
1. Designed 10-page PDF (A4 or US Letter, optimized for mobile reading — most of my audience will open this on a phone)
2. Editable source file (Canva template, Figma, or InDesign package — Canva preferred so I can make copy tweaks myself)
3. A mini design system I can reuse: fonts, color palette, header/table/checklist styles documented on one page
4. Two rounds of revisions included

You're a fit if:
Your portfolio shows ebooks, lead magnets, or editorial layout work (not just logos/social posts)
You can build layouts that survive small screens — type sizes and tables that stay readable on a phone
You work fast and communicate clearly; I want a first draft of 2–3 pages within 3-5 days to lock the direction before designing the rest
