Jess' Way Nanny Agency is a growing nanny placement agency dedicated to connecting families with exceptional childcare professionals. We're looking for a creative, reliable, and results-driven Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and generate more qualified leads.
**Responsibilities**
* Create engaging Instagram,
* Design eye-catching graphics, carousels, and social media posts.
* Edit short-form videos and create high-quality Reels.
* Write compelling captions with strong calls to action.
* Schedule and publish content consistently.
* Research trends, hashtags, and viral content ideas.
* Help increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
* Generate qualified leads that convert into agency clients.
* Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and posts.
* Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports with recommendations.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
* Experience creating viral or high-performing Reels and TikTok videos.
* Excellent English communication and writing skills.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
* Experience in the childcare, parenting, or service industry is a plus.
