About the Role
As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll support the execution of client campaigns and ensure everything runs smoothly from setup to delivery. You’ll help set up cold calling campaigns, write outreach copy, coordinate with BDRs, and prepare weekly updates for clients.
This is an entry-level role designed for fast learners who are tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working directly with internal teams. You don’t need previous account management experience, but you must be resourceful, proactive, and excited to learn about sales development, our systems, tools, and processes.
You’ll play a key role in helping clients see strong outcomes by ensuring their campaigns stay organized, accurate, and fully supported.
What You’ll Do
- Set up cold calling campaigns: scripts, ICP targeting, contact lists.
- Write or edit copy for cold call scripts and follow up
- Join client onboarding calls and weekly meetings; take notes and track follow-up items.
- Keep client documents updated: ICPs, messaging angles, instructions, performance notes.
- Create and configure BDR Gmail accounts for new clients
- Set up and manage Calendly accounts and scheduling links for clients
- Work directly with BDRs to clarify campaign direction, share updates, and ensure alignment.
- Track weekly performance numbers (meetings booked, meetings held, show rates) and flag issues early.
- Prepare weekly client update summaries with support from the Account Manager.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to speed up copywriting, call summaries, and admin tasks.
- Troubleshoot tool or setup issues in Nooks, HubSpot, and other platforms.
- Support the Account Manager with ad hoc tasks to keep campaigns running smoothly.

- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to grow.
Work Schedule
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time
