AI Video Creator/Editor - Paid Trial to Start

I run a fast-growing network of Facebook and Instagram health and wellness pages built around AI avatars.

I'm looking for a full-time AI video creator/editor who can handle the full production pipeline: generating images with Nano Banana and video clips with VEO in Google Flow (I provide the software subscription), then editing everything into finished, ready-to-post short-form videos in CapCut.

What the daily workflow looks like:
You receive a plain-text script fro ---------- , along with a reference video showing the style/edit I want. From there, you handle everything: generating images with Nano Banana, generating the AI video clips with VEO, and editing them together in CapCut - putting the clips together, removing dead space, and adding auto captions to match the reference. Once you're comfortable with the workflow, the goal is 6+ finished videos per day.

What I provide:
- Google AI subscription/account access (Google Flow, VEO, Nano Banana)
- A script for every video
- A reference video for style/editing guidance

What I'm looking for:
- Experience with VEO / Google Flow
- Experience generating images with Nano Banana
- Experience with CapCut - putting clips together, removing dead space, adding auto captions
- Ability to closely match a reference video's editing style
- Reliable, fast, and communicative
- Comfortable scaling output up to 6+ videos/day, 5-6 days/week as you get faster

How we start:
A small paid recreate trial - you'll get a script and reference video and produce one video so we can both see if it's a good fit before moving into ongoing full-time work.
