About the Role
We're hiring an Account Manager to oversee multiple outbound campaigns while serving as the primary strategic partner for our clients.
In this role, you'll work closely with both clients and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, messaging stays relevant, and performance continues to improve through ongoing coaching and optimization.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing client communication, sales coaching, and campaign strategy while making data-driven decisions that directly impact results.
What You'll Be Working On
- Campaign Launch & Alignment: Prepare BDR teams for successful campaign launches by aligning scripts, ICPs, messaging, and campaign objectives.
- BDR Coaching & Development: Lead onboarding, coaching sessions, call reviews, and ongoing feedback to improve outreach quality, objection handling, and booking performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure BDRs consistently follow campaign processes, messaging standards, and operational best practices while identifying coaching opportunities.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs including call quality, conversion rates, meetings booked, and overall campaign health. Develop action plans to improve both individual and team performance.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts by leading onboarding, strategy discussions, weekly updates, and performance reviews.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements to messaging, targeting, workflows, and outreach strategy.
- Messaging & Script Development: Create and continuously refine cold calling scripts,
- List Strategy: Work with the List Building Team to ensure prospect lists accurately match each client's Ideal Customer Profile.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Operations and internal teams to improve systems, workflows, and campaign execution across the agency.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on B2B cold calling experience (minimum 1–2 years). You’ve done the job and know what works on the phones.
- 2+ years experience training, coaching, and improving BDR/SDR performance (call reviews, feedback, ongoing development).
- 2+ years in Account Management, Business Development, Client Success, or Campaign Management (ideally in B2B services, lead generation, or sales outsourcing).
- Strong copywriting/scripting skills, able to write persuasive cold call scripts and outbound
- Solid understanding of outbound prospecting (cold calling, cold
- Strong communication and relationship management skills (English, written + spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once without dropping details.
- Experience working with remote teams and tools like HubSpot, Slack, Coda, Calendly, and dialers (Nooks, Aircall, etc.).
- Comfortable and proficient at working with AI tools.
